På Roppestad friområde ved Farrisvannet er det anledning til å overnatte gratis med telt, campingvogn eller bobil inntil 2 døgn, i henhold til "Ordensregler for Larvik kommunes eiendom Roppestad, punkt 5", vedtatt av Hovedutvalget for kultur i Larvik kommune den 20.06.1989, og Friluftsloven § 9, 3. ledd.Størstedelen av eiendommen Roppestad er åpen for alle, men Vestviken Naturistforening disponerer nordre del av Roppestad som fristrand.Angående camping på området som foreningen disponerer på Roppestad, vil vi presisere:I henhold til friluftsloven kan man ha en campingvogn / bobil eller telt på området i inntil 2 døgn ad gangen.Vi har tillatelse til 18 boenheter på samme tid, så sant sikkerhetsavstand på 4 meter mellom hver bo-enhet overholdes.Etter ny avtale våren 2017 med Larvik kommune som grunneier er det nå bestemt at overnatting med telt, bobiler og campingvogner på nordre del av Roppestad (Fristrandområdet) er forbeholdt naturister. Årets sommer starter på Roppestad helga 25-27. Juni. Her blir det som vanlig et treff på den idylliske plassen Roppestad. Vi får alltid en god mottakelse der som vi er veldig takknemlig for. Sjekk ut VVNF sin Facebookside i forkant av treffet med tanke på smittevern etc.
